Olivier Martinez & Halle Berry Admit No Guilt But Hand Over Wads Of Cash

Well Halle Berry and her fiance Olivier Martinez are refusing to admit guilt in the Thanksgiving bashing of Halle’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry.

The battling sides let their lawyers settle the dispute and while no official statement detailing the agreement has been made it has been widely reported that Gabriel is having ALL medical and legal expenses covered by Halle and Olivier.

Apparently they’re trying to make Olivier (a trained boxer) look like the good guy who is covering the expenses only because Aubry came out worse off not because he started it/got carried away/could potentially get deported if proven guilty/was possibly caught on camera starting the whole thing. Kate Middleton & Prince William Officially Expecting First Child

Palace Officials have confirmed one of the world’s worst kept secrets – Wills and Kate are having a baby!

Kate has appeared at a number of official engagements with a much fuller face sparking rumours of her pregnancy. With her admission to hospital with severe morning sickness the Palace could no longer deny the truth.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.”

The Palace did not say how far along Kate was, only that it was early.

“As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter.”

Shocking Photos Of Gabriel Aubry’s Injuries As Story Of Martinez’s Savage Attack Is Released

I know we are yet to hear Olivier Martinez’s side of the story but looking at these photos it’s hard to understand why Gabriel Aubry is up for assault charges. Martinez, who trained as a boxer, walked away with a swollen hand and an apparently sore neck.

It’s not hard to see why Martinez had a swollen hand.

Clearly he got the better of Gabriel and as a trained fighter he should have known when to stop. It’s hard to believe Olivier is not the one facing assault charges. Read more »

Gabriel Aubry Emerges

From these photos it’s quite clear that Aubry came of worst in the fight he apparently initiated with Olivier Martinez. Aubry appeared with a shiner of a black eye and apparently also has a broken rib.

TMZ spotted Aubry out and about in LA definitely looking worse for wear as talk mounts that Aubry was trapped into snapping in a place where security cameras would help aid his ex-partner Halle Berry in her custody battle with Aubry. Read more »

Gabriel Aubry Throws The First Punch

It’s fair to say Gabriel Aubry has cracked. The strain of his custody battle with ex-partner Halle Berry over their daughter Nahla has finally ended in a physical fight.

Since their split Gabriel’s ability to access his child has been made extremely difficult. Recently a judge ruled that Halle and her fiance Olivier Martinez would not be able to relocate to France where they had intended to move with Nahla.

Halle has tried to have Gabriel proven to be violent in front of their daughter and an unfit parent which only resulted in a judge telling both of them they needed counseling. Read more »

Kelly Preston Speaks About Jett Travolta

Kelly Preston and John Travolta’s eldest child, son Jett, tragically died at 16 in 2009 after suffering a seizure and hitting his head on a bathtub. Kelly has recently spoken about her and John’s belief that his autism (seizures are common) was related to chemicals in food.

Kelly said that her ‘hard and fast’ labor as well as antibiotics she was given while breast feeding contributed to the development of Kawasaki Syndrome which causes inflammation of the arteries. Read more »

Jessica Simpson Gives Birth

After the longest pregnancy known to mankind, and one of the biggest baby bellies ever seen in the world of tiny celebrities, Jessica Simpson has finally given birth to her first child. As previously reported Jessica and her fiance Eric Johnson have named their daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson.

Maxwell arrived May 1 weighing in at a hefty 9 lbs., 13 oz (4.14kg).

Maxwell is Eric’s middle name and his mothers maiden name while Drew is Simpson’s mothers middle name. Sounds like maybe they should have had a boy, although Maxi is pretty cute.
